Sammy's Birthday

amantha Diane turned 6 on Wednesday, 4/21/10.  Daddy, Mommy and I picked her up from Kindergarden and took her to lunch at McDonalds.  (Mommy had to go pick up Rachel, who had thrown up at school, so, alas, she had to miss Ronald's fine cuisine.)  When Ali got home, Sammy got to get her BIG present.  Daddy had her closer her eyes, then brought out a BIKE!  Then we had a special family dinner (of pancakes) and ate cake.  Sammy will be having an "All Fired Up" party this Saturday, where she and her friends will paint pottery.

Cousin Visit

On April 10 the Myers girls headed up to Anaheim to see cousin Lori and her son cousin Dallas.  Dallas was down with his cheer squad to compete in the Anaheim Convention Center.  Their hotel was right near Disneyland, and we had a great time eating at Cheesecake Factory and walking around Downtown Disney. 

Easter

We celebrated Easter with family!  Gina's brother Laurence, his wife Heidi and son Lathan came over.  (They ushered their second son into the world at 8:41 this morning - Welcome Cameron!!!)  Gina's dad, Larry, and my friend Sabrina came over, along with we Myers clan: Chad, Gina, Alison, Samantha, Rachel and me.  After the earthquake at 3 oclock, the party really got going!!!  We hunted eggs, ate beef, played Wii and enjoyed each other's company. ( Just click on the images below to see them larger.)
